Ordering your custom video ad is easy.

Payment terms:
The discount cost is $500 per minute of final video. One third is payable before production. One third is payable after the narration is complete. The final payment is due when the video is delivered, before any further changes.

You will be sent an invoice and request for payment. Payment can be made by Paypal, credit card, or eCheck.

Guarantee:
We guarantee your satisfaction with the final product. We will work with you to make any requested changes to the script or video until you are satisfied. Note that after your approval of the script, changes to the narration will incur a charge.

Timelines:
After the first payment has been received, you will be sent a questionnaire in which we gather all the information needed to produce your video. Once we receive the completed questionnaire back from you, production begins. The script will be completed in about 7 days. Upon your approval of the script, the narration will be completed within 4 days. When the second payment has been received, final production begins and will be finished in about 10 days.

Assuming no changes or payment delays, your movie will take about 3 weeks to complete.

Additional Terms

Any changes to your video are at no charge with the exception of the audio narration for up to 3 months. Narration changes can be done for $150.

Pricing at $500 per minute is based on a discount in exchange for two conditions. One is allowing our name to appear on the border of the movie player. The second is for completing our post sales feedback form. If you prefer not to agree to these conditions, the charge is $750 per minute.

You will receive the final Flash video along with all source files. Less than 1% of website visitors will have an issue viewing your movie. This is beyond our control and is due to browser and browser plug-in issues.
All media necessary for your video is included in the cost with the exception of any on-site video, logos, or other photography of your products or company. If you wish any of these types of media included in your video, you will need to supply them to us.

Delivery is by download. If you wish to have the video burned on a CD and mailed, there is a $25 charge.
